- add common virtio kernel modules to initrd explicitly
- import the qemu-guest module
- enable the qemuGuest service (in userland, not initrd)
- enable emergency initrd acccess
- specify partlabel mount device names manually

- don't persist the whole of /var/lib
- fix persistence path/mount
- persist a few other misc. paths like host ssh keys
|

Use partlabel instead of label since that's what systemd uses when
booting ("start job runnning for /dev/disk/by-partlabel/...").
Align disko persist directory mount with where the impermenance module
expects it to be.
