- completely remove emacs module
- use nixpkgs hyprland package instead of the flake

- remove hyprdesktop module from clients' sharedModules and move it into
the users' individual modules wherever it's needed

Update flake lock, temporarily remove emacs because of a build failure,
install kernel version 6.7 on wonderland and underworld.

The old location for it was wrong as the module does not define a nixos
module but rather just sets some options in existing modules. A new name
was chosen so it would be more abstract and thus cover more use cases.
