nixos.wiki blocks VPNs, while wiki.nixos.org doesn't. Plus, the latter is the
official one anyways.

Not perfect yet, still requires me to add the emacs overlay here, but better
than having it in-tree. Quicker to hack on it beacause the eval time of the
other repo is faster.

The config requires xkb to be configured serperately, which is currently
impossible without enabling the xserver.
